Dear EMGS Team.
I have someone here who’s unable to access EMGS as he’s forgot his password and even after following the steps in forgot password section he does not receive any password reset email. He arrived 2 days ago and needs to do his medical report but is unable to proceed without this. What can he do? He has emailed you and his case number is 2936934
