Dear Officer, Hello. My EMGS tracking number showed 90%, indicating it could be submitted to the Immigration Department. It’s been a month now and it’s still at 90%. I haven’t received any notification from the Immigration Department. Does this mean my passport hasn’t been submitted to the Immigration Department yet? Thank you. My passport number is EL2836673.
