Dear EMGS,
I took admission for 2yrs MSBA PROGRAM in City University Malaysia (May intake 2025) with submitting my MOI (Medium of Information) of LLB (Bechelor of Laws) and LLM (Master of Laws) and completed 1yr session. Now I have submitted my visa renewal application with related documents (as my visa will expire March 6, 2026) through concern department. But they ask for English proficiency result whereas I have completed 1yr session against the submitted MOI. Requesting to consider the situation and need your support as well. Regards,

  Kindly be informed that your application was supported conditional where the institution must ensure that International Students fulfill the English Language Competency requirement of [ IELTS 6.0 ] or equivalent and submit the result(s) to EMGS upon Renewal of Student Pass application within the first two (2) years of studies. As such, kindly refer to the institution for further clarification regarding this matter.
