Dear EMGS Team,
I am writing to respectfully inquire about the status of my Student Pass Renewal Application.
I submitted the renewal application via the official Universiti Malaya Google Form on Wednesday, December 31, 2025. The instructions indicated that the application status should be visible on the EMGS Hub App within 3-5 working days after submission. However, as of today, I cannot find any record of my renewal application on the EMGS Hub (it has not yet appeared/started processing). I am concerned there may be a technical issue or a delay in the initial data entry.
