Hello EMGS,
I would like to follow up on my friends application status as it has been stuck at 5% for a long time.

In EMGS’s web say : “No Proof of Payment, and EMGS requires the institution to submit the proof of payment before they can proceed.”
However, INTI International University has confirmed that the official receipt / proof of payment has already been submitted to EMGS.

Kindly advise if there is any issue or further action required to proceed. My passport number is X7187252. My full name is PRADITA TANDA LOVIA.

  Kindly be informed that your application is pending submission of the proof of payment from institution. As such, kindly refer to the institution and request them to submit at EMGS in order for us to start process the application.
