Hello EMGS My passport number is A0927688. My application has been stuck at 35% for the past 9 days. I need to be at my uni by the 5th of Jan what’s causing the delay?

The VAL approval process takes approximately 7-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
