I am an Indian student who arrived in Malaysia on a Student Visa for enrollment at CASA Academy. I reached Malaysia on 7th October 2025.
Due to unavoidable personal circumstances, I had to return to India on 10th October 2025, immediately after arrival. I would like to clarify that:
• I did not attend any classes
• I did not commence or participate in the course
• I was not effectively enrolled or academically engaged with the academy
Given the above situation, I kindly request a refund of the fees paid to CASA Academy, as my studies did not commence at all.
I am ready to provide any supporting documents required, including:
•Passport entry and exit stamps
•Flight tickets
•Visa-related documents
I sincerely request you to review my case sympathetically and refund procedure and eligible amount at the earliest.
