Hi EMGS,

I would like to ask about the expected processing time for my Visa Approval Letter (VAL) appeal. My application (Application Number: #########, Passport Number: LX1820563) is currently at 50%, and Immigration received it on 19th November. Since then, I have been waiting for an update.

Could you please advise how long this stage usually takes or if any further action is required from my side?

  Your application for the Visa Approval Letter (VAL) appeal is currently in progress, with the latest status indicating that it has been submitted to Immigration for approval. For VAL appeal, there is no exact time frame, and the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
