Dear EMGS, my passport number is EJ6235638. It has been 16 business days since I submitted my passport application, but the processing time is stuck at 80%. Could you please tell me how much longer I need to wait? I need to return to China on December 8th. Thank you.

  Kindly be informed that we received your passport on the 13th of November 2025 for the Student Pass endorsement process. The Immigration are still in the midst of processing your student visa. Kindly allow Immigration time to process, and the approval is solely at the discretion of Immigration. As such, we will notify your institution once the passport is ready for collection.
