Dear EMGS Team,
I sincerely apologize for disturbing you during your busy work. I am XIAO LIJUN, and my passport number is EE8270545. The progress of my student visa renewal reached 80% on November 13th. Could you please help expedite the processing if possible? I would be extremely grateful for your assistance.

I have already booked a flight on December 14th and urgently need to obtain my passport in time to return to China for work. Your help would mean a lot to me.

Additionally, if I want to apply for expedited processing of 90% to 100% with the school, they require being informed five to six working days in advance. Therefore, my time is quite tight and I hope you can help me speed up the renewal of my student ID card. I have been stuck at 80% for 11 days and I really hope to get your assistance.

  Please be informed that we received your passport on the 10th of November 2025 for the Student Pass endorsement process. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify your institution once the passport is ready for collection.
