Dear EMGS Officer,
My name is Nurfarahdila Afiqah Binti Ramly, passport number C9610770. My visa progress has been stucked at 15% since 13/11/2025 and I have already email my institution the required additional documents which is a passport photo on 14/11/2025. However there is no progress until now, i would to know if my institution have already updated the new photo because I have been emailing them the document twice. Is there any way I could do to update my photo?
I urgently need update because I have to apply for special pass since I am residing in Sabah right now with student visa from my high school that is about to expire on 01/12/2025.
I truly appreciate your guidance on this metter

  Kindly be informed that we are yet to receive the document submitted by the institution. The institution is required to upload the documents and once we received, we will resume the process. Kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
