I am writing to kindly request an update regarding the endorsement of my Student Pass.

I submitted my passport to my institution’s International Office on 28 October, and according to the EMGS tracking system, my application has been at 90% since 4 November with the status “Supporting letter issued to institution.”

As of today, 20 November, there has been no further progress shown in the system.

I kindly wish to inform you that I have a confirmed flight back to Turkmenistan on 11 December, and I am very worried about whether my passport and visa endorsement can be completed before that date. I would be extremely grateful if you could assist me by checking the current status of my application or advising me on the expected completion timeline.

This situation is urgent for me due to personal commitments, and I sincerely appreciate any support or clarification you can provide.
