My name is Hashim my passport number P4436332. I got leg surgery that’s why I was unavailable to attend my classes. My student visa renewal rejected because of cgpa. I give all supporting documents to my International office to submit to emgs. But still rejected. I pay her 1050rm for visa renewal and now 3 weeks already she said she apply for my special pass. Special pass also for 200rm. 3 weeks already I never received my special pass. The price mentioned below is a screenshot of email I received from my IO but she charged me extra. Please let me know why this Nilai University is doing like this with me.

  Kindly be informed that your institution opted to obtain the special Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, kindly liaise with the institution for further assistance on the status of your passport.
