Dear EMGS Team,

I have received your email regarding my application #E#########, stating that my passport number is missing in the Health Declaration Form.

I would like to inform you that my passport number is already included in the form. However, I am unable to upload or resubmit the Health Declaration Form through the application website.

Could you please advise whether I should:

Send the corrected copy via email, or

Resubmit it through the application system in another way?

I would appreciate your guidance so I can ensure my application is updated correctly.
