Dear emgs ,
I am Tanaporn,passport number is AD2520457.

-Regarding the photo, do I have to wait for the Malaysian university to approve my photo because it’s different, or do I need to take a new photo?

-Regarding the confirmation letter, does my home university need to send the confirmation letter to USM? Can I use the same file I used to apply for my visa?

Thank you in advance for your reply. However, if possible, I’d like you to expedite my visa review, as my study schedule is approaching. There’s nothing I can do if my student visa isn’t ready.

  Kindly be informed that the institution or student is required to submit a new photo and a confirmation letter with a letterhead of the university from home country stating that the applicant is a transfer/exchange student from the (Prince of Songkla University) to the (UNIVERSITI SAINS MALAYSIA (USM)). As such, to avoid delay in the processing of additional documents, kindly send all additional documents email to additionaldoc(at)emgs.com.my .
