Dear EMGS Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.
I am writing regarding my recent Student Pass application (Application No: #########) which has been rejected due to the requirement of a Release Letter from my previous institution, Kolej Universiti Lincoln (Lincoln University College).

I would like to respectfully inform EMGS that my previous institution is not providing the Release/Completion Letter, despite multiple requests. I have contacted them repeatedly through email and phone, but they have refused to issue the Release Letter without giving any valid reason.

Because of this situation, I am unable to fulfil the requirement, even though I am willing to provide any other supporting documents to verify my academic background and previous studies.

Therefore, I kindly request EMGS to:

Advise me on an alternative solution, since the previous institution is not cooperating.

Inform whether EMGS can proceed with my new application without the Release Letter, based on the documents I have already submitted (Academic Results, Attendance, Explanation Letter, etc.).

Allow me to submit any additional documents if needed to resolve this issue.

I sincerely want to continue my studies in Malaysia, and I am facing this difficulty only because the previous institution is not cooperating. I would be grateful if EMGS could review my case and provide a possible solution so that I can proceed with my new application.
