Goodmorning, my name is Moustafa mohamed, i am a student from Egypt i study at UTM university, my passport number is ########,case number 2893285 ,i have started my visa application on 11th of august, my application is pending because of the process of cancellation of my last val i have made last year, and the process of my last val cancellation is taking more than a month since i was been notified by EMGS on 23rd of September, and i was notified by my institution that the cancellation requests that was made in September for other students have got the cancellation last week, as i already enrolled in this semester starting on 7th of October, i am still waiting for my application to be done so that i can come back and follow my semester, I kindly request your assistance in processing my case as soon as possible and assist me to help get the cancellation process done, so that I can complete the necessary procedures on time and come back to Malaysia to follow the semester. Is it normal for a val cancellation process to be stuck since 23rd of September till now?
