Dear EMGS Support Team,

I hope you are well.

I am trying to complete the payment for my Student Visa Application (#E#########) for Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM – Main Campus). The status shows “Pending Payment,” and I am sure the payment was not made successfully. However, the system shows an iPay88 Transaction ID (T#########925) even though no payment was processed.

Could you please assist me in reactivating the payment link or guiding me on how to complete the payment correctly?

  Kindly be informed that the payment is failure. As such, we have canceled the application. Therefore, student are required to reapply the new application and make a payment again.
