I am writing regarding my application #E#########, which was forwarded to the Immigration Department on 17 October 2025.

It has now been 10 working days without any update or progress. My situation requires urgent attention due to these special circumstances:

– I am already inside Malaysia with a valid Social Visit Pass
– I do not require a new entry visa
– I only need the eVAL to convert my current pass to a Student Pass
– My Universiti waiting for my eVAL to complete my registration

My studies have already commenced.

I kindly request your assistance to:
– Follow up with the Immigration Department on my application status
– Help expedite this final step of eVAL issuance

This single document is all that stands between me and completing my registration.
