Goodmorning, my name is Moustafa mohamed, i am a student from Egypt i study at UTM university, my passport number is A37752704,case number 2893285 ,i have started my visa application on 11th of august, my application is pending because of the process of cancellation of my last val i have made last year, and the process of my last val cancellation is taking more than a month since i was been notified by EMGS on 23rd of September, as i already enrolled in this semester starting on 7th of October, i am still waiting for my application to be done so that i can come back and follow my semester, I kindly request your assistance in processing my case as soon as possible so that I can complete the necessary procedures on time and come back to Malaysia to follow the semester.
