Hello EMGS, good day.
I’m following up on my VAL cancellation application (E#########, Case No. 2889751). You informed me on 17 October 2025 that the documents were submitted to the Immigration Department.

It has now been more than ten working days, but I haven’t received any further update. My new classes at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) have already started in October, and the delay is affecting my registration process.

Kindly check with the Immigration Department or escalate my case if possible. I would be very grateful for your assistance.

  Kindly be informed that we have submitted the document to Immigration for the eVAL cancellation on your previous application. Kindly note, the current application will be resumed once the previous eVAL is canceled.
