Subject: Discrepancy Between Website and App Evaluation Status

Hello EMGS Officers,

My name is Amadou Diallo (passport number: O05309266). My eval letter has been approved, and on the website, it shows a completion status of 70%. However, on the mobile app, it still displays only 15%.

Could you please assist in resolving this discrepancy?
