I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but my visa application has been pending at 35% since 6 October, which has already exceeded the normal processing timeframe. My university semester commenced on 13 October, and the course registration period has now ended. However, I am unable to proceed with my SEV application, as it requires the EMGS progress to reach 70%.

Many of my fellow students who submitted their applications later than mine have already received updates and are now attending classes, while my application remains unresolved. I am truly anxious about this situation and earnestly request your kind attention to expedite my visa processing so that I may travel to Malaysia and begin my studies without further delay.

I would be deeply grateful for your understanding and assistance.

  Kindly be informed that the Immigration are in the midst of processing the eVAL. We have escalated your application to Immigration to expedite the process. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of Immigration. Rest assured, any update will be notified accordingly.

    Thank you very much for your reply and support.
    
    However, I would like to point out that during my previous communication with EMGS on 22 October, I was already informed that my application had been escalated to Immigration to expedite the process. Today is 27 October, yet there has still been no further update.
    
    I truly appreciate your assistance, but I honestly do not understand why this matter is taking such a long time to resolve.
