I am writing to respectfully enquire about the status of my student visa application, which seems to have stalled for some time.

According to the tracking system on the EMGS portal, my application progress reached 35% around 8 , October, 2025. However, it has remained at this percentage for about 13 days without further update.
Could you please advise if there are any steps I can take to help facilitate the process?
