I am to respectfully enquire about the status of my student visa application, which seems to have stalled for some time.

According to the tracking system on the EMGS portal, my update has been stuck to 35%,which was last updated on October 10.I have to go to Malaysia within next month cause I am facing some difficulties staying without studying for the last several months,as I had gave exam on the may June session. And it been several months that I am out of study,so it would be kind enough that you make concern about my visa status,and whether if there is any missing documents or any other reason causing delays.
