My name is Li Zhiyong (Passport No.: EQ6555856), a new international student admitted to the Master of Software Engineering programme at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). I am writing to kindly seek your assistance regarding my student visa application.

According to the EMGS online status, my student visa application is currently at 32%, and it has remained at this stage for more than 10 working days.

I have been admitted to the Master of Software Engineering programme at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), and the university requires me to report to campus by 28 October.

I sincerely hope that my application can be processed as soon as possible so that I may obtain the eVAL and enter Malaysia in time to complete my registration.

In addition, I have already booked my flight to Malaysia on 28 October, which makes this matter particularly urgent.

I have attached my offer letter, EMGS progress, and passport copy for your reference.
