My flight to Malaysia is scheduled for October 20th, and I have already purchased a non-refundable ticket. For the past five days, the status of my application has been stuck at 35% (pending review results).

Kindly be informed that your application for Visa Approval Letter (VAL) has been submitted to the Immigration Department on 13th October 2025. The Immigration will take approximately 7-10 working days to issue the approval. We will notify once the VAL is approved by Immigration.
