Dear EMGS team,

My application has been stuck at 35% and my institution has told me that they have submitted the needed documents to you. However, the latest update on my app states that the documents are still with you and not with the immigration yet. Could you please send it to the immigration as soon as possible as I need the eVAL to be available latest by 21st October or I will not be able to commence classes this semester. My passport number is K5017279G, application number is #########. I seek your kind assistance to help me to expedite the process as my institution is also doing the best they can to help me to commence classes this semester.
