Subject: Urgent Request Regarding Passport Status!

Dear EMGS Team,

I submitted my passport on 13 October 2025 and was advised not to book any flight until further notice. Unfortunately, I have just received the heartbreaking news that my beloved mother, whom I left at home unwell, passed away this morning.

I have already enrolled in the relevant courses of my program, but I urgently need to travel home to perform the funeral rituals and return soon to continue my studies.

Could you kindly advise me on any possible way to facilitate the release of my passport at the earliest? Your kind support in this difficult time would mean a lot.

  We are so sorry to hear the sad news about your mother. Kindly accept our deepest condolences during this incredibly difficult time. Kindly note, we receive your passport from the institution on 15th October 2025. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, if you have an emergency, the institution may submit documents to EMGS for request to expedite the process. Kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
