Dear EMGS Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inquire about the current status of my student visa application. According to the EMGS website, my application progress has remained at 35% (green) for quite some time without further updates.

I am feeling quite anxious because I need to make several important preparations for my upcoming studies in Malaysia, such as arranging accommodation, tuition fee payment, and other future plans. Could you please kindly check my application and let me know if there is any issue or additional document required to proceed further?

  Hi Luo Xinpei,
  
  Kindly be informed that your application for Visa Approval Letter (VAL) has been submitted to the Immigration Department on 15th October 2025. They will take approximately 7-10 working days to issue the approval. We will notify once the VAL is approved by Immigration.

    Dear EMGS Officer,
    My application has been submitted for the VAL to the Immigration Department on September 26th, and still on 35% (Green) till this very moment, am wondering why it took this long! This is the 14th working days after 26th September I guess,
