Dear EMGS,

I am currently facing an issue and I would like it to be looked into as soon as possible as my University has already begun my course.

My application number is ######### and my passport number is P09762053. I withdrawn from my previous course in MMU in 2024 and now a year later I applied in UNIVERSITY OF CYBERJAYA. Before I left Malaysia after withdrawing from MMU I did all the processes to cancel my student pass and then I left Malaysia. Now with my new application I am applying for a new student pass but the immigration said that I have an active pass even though I provided all the documents to MMU to cancel my student pass.

I already got EMGS approval letter but this process is being delayed by this issue because of MMU. This matter is very urgent as the registration deadline in UNIVERSITY OF CYBERJAYA is approaching and I am afraid with the pace of this application I will miss the registration date. Please look into this issue as soon as possible.

    I have checked with MMU and they said that both previous applications with EMGS and the IMMIGRATION has been cancelled, but I still keep getting the notification that I have an active application with IMMIGRATION. I don’t want to miss this semester as I am already late, so please check this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
