Dear EMGS,

Hello, I am Liu Tinglei (GS62067), PhD Candidate at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). My passport number is EM0664272.

I have submitted all the required documents for my student pass renewal, but my application is still at 20% (Document Checking in Progress). I understand that the process takes time, but since my current visa will expire on 9 November 2025, I am very worried about not being able to complete the renewal in time.

I sincerely and humbly request your kind assistance to help expedite the document checking process, so that I may submit my passport as soon as possible.
