Dear EMGS,

I am currently a PhD student at a private university in Malaysia. I would like to know the process of dependent pass for my wife. Last time I had to show RM 10K as ending balance of 3rd month’s bank statement. This time I am getting confusing information regarding this bank statement balance, someone is saying 10k, someone mentioned 30k. May I know the correct information and procedure please!

  Kindly be informed that you must have an average balance of end month of RM10,000.00 for 3 latest months.

    Thanks for replying. I dont know why, but my university is demanding last month balance of 30k, along with 10k for previous 2 months. What can i do about it?
