Follow-Up on Pending Visa Approval Letter (VAL) Application – A19556335

With due respect. I am writing as a follow-up regarding my Visa Approval Letter (VAL) application, which has been pending with the Immigration Department since 14 August 2025.

I would like to respectfully mention that I am a progression student for the PhD in Social Science, and I have successfully completed my Master’s in Social Work from the same university.

As per the EMGS portal, the standard processing time after submission to Immigration is usually 7–10 working days. However, it has now been nearly two months, and my application status remains unchanged. I previously received a response confirming that my application was submitted to Immigration and would be highlighted for expedite processing, but there has been no further progress since then.

I kindly request your assistance in reviewing my case once more and highlighting it again to the Immigration Department if possible. Please also let me know if there are any additional documents or clarifications required from my side to avoid further delays.
