Dear EMGS Team,
My passport No. (VR4507587) and my appalication No. (E#########) . I can not not see any update in my EMGS hup app. It is not working properly. I can not check my post arrival status. Alos, I can not check my Visa process after submitting my passport to my institution.

Can you advice me please?
