Dear EMGS team.
My name is Sumoueddin Alali, Passport number N02663572 , My emgs hub app is glitched and i cannot check my visa application or post arrival check in, It broke when i renewed my passport and the passport number changed, I tried looking for ways to change my passport number in the app and portal but couldn’t, Right now i am feeling stuck in malaysia and I hope someone can find a solution for my problem.
