Hello, my name is Danah Yasser Mokhtar Sallam and I am currently using my sister’s emgs account to post this comment. I have had an issue with logging in to my emgs hub account and my emgs account. This is an urgent matter since I have arrived in malaysia and need to complete my medical checkup and passport submission for IKAD and visa renewal. My passport number is A28957288. I have tried to log in with the correct details multiple times only to receive a notification that the password or username are incorrect, I then tried to reset my password however the link to reset the password was not sent on my Gmail after several attempts. And when I did change my password, after inputting it with my username to log in, I could not access my emgs hub account despite adding in my new password correctly. I am in need of assistance and have been unable to reach emgs hub through Gmail because every time I have sent an email, I receive no reply. I have even tried logging on from different devices and calling the EMGS support number provided. Please get back to me as soon as possible as this is an urgent matter.
