Sorry to trouble you. My name is Jesslyn Santoso, my application number is #########, and my passport number is X3465783. I am writing with concern regarding my visa application progress. My university requires me to arrive in Malaysia before 13 October, otherwise I will have to defer to the next intake.

Due to the current progress of my EMGS application, I am worried that I may not be able to arrive on time. May I kindly ask if my case can be processed more quickly so that I can reach at least 70% and proceed with the remaining steps?
