Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to kindly request your help in expediting my student visa application, as my orientation is scheduled for 6th October 2025. Missing this intake would unfortunately delay my studies by another year.

My passport number is Y3201486 I would be deeply grateful if you could assist in requesting immigration to process my application as soon as possible.

  Kindly be informed that your application for Visa Approval Letter (VAL) has been submitted to the Immigration Department on 1st October 2025. The Immigration will take approximately 7-10 working days to issue the approval. Rest assured, we will notify once the VAL is approved by Immigration.
