Dear EMGS,

I have received a notification that my visa application is currently pending due to the photo not meeting the required specifications. I would like to kindly ask for further instructions on how to upload or submit the updated photo according to the proper guidelines.

Could you please provide me with the detailed steps or the correct platform/portal to upload the new document? I want to ensure that my application process continues smoothly.
