Dear Admin
I have resubmitted my visa application with registration number E######### and my passport number X6834586. However, the payment status is still pending. When I tried to pay directly via my mobile banking, I was asked to contact your office for the billing code. Could you please provide me with the billing code for the payment?

  Kindly be informed that your application is on hold pending approval by the institution. As such, kindly refer to the institution and request them to approve the application. Once approve, EMGS will start to process the application.
