I am writing with great concern regarding my student visa application. The application progress has remained at 15% for over two weeks, with the status indicating “pending additional document from the institution.” My institution has reassured me that they have submitted the required document multiple times, yet the system continues to request it.

As my university classes began on 22 September, I am increasingly worried that this delay will cause me to miss essential lectures, affect my academic progress, and potentially create complications with my registration. This situation is very stressful, as my ability to join my program on time depends on the timely approval of my visa.

I sincerely and urgently request EMGS to kindly review my application and assist in resolving this matter as soon as possible. Your understanding and prompt support would mean a great deal to me during this crucial time.
