Dear EMGS,

I am writing to you today with an urgent request regarding my student pass application. My passport number is R118241.

I am scheduled to travel to Malaysia on Thursday, September 25, but I have noticed that my Single Entry Visa (SEV) status is still showing as “pending” under the “submit travel details” section on the EMGS portal.

I have already completed all the necessary steps on my end and I am concerned about the status not being updated in time for my flight. I have attached a copy of my SEV approval letter and the flight itinerary for your reference.

Could you please assist me in expediting the process so that I can proceed with my travel as planned? I would be grateful for any help you can provide to ensure the travel details are successfully submitted and my SEV is finalized.
