I hope this message finds you well. My name is Zhong Yongfei , and my passport number is EC0239778. I am writing to kindly follow up on the status of my visa renewal application, which was submitted by City University earlier this week. Currently, the application status shows 0% progress.

Due to my work commitments in China, I am only able to travel to Malaysia in early October to submit my passport for the visa renewal process. For this to be possible, it is essential that my application reaches at least 50% progress by October 1.

I would be immensely grateful if you could kindly assist in expediting the review of my application. Your support in this matter would mean a great deal to me, as it would enable me to proceed with the next steps as required.
