Subject: Urgent Follow-Up: Request to Expedite Student Pass Application Processing

Dear EMGS Team,

I am writing again with deep concern regarding my application (University Registration No.: 24228605, EMGS Application No.: E#########).

Despite my earlier request, my application has remained at only 15% progress since September 10, 2025. My program( Master of Artificial intelligence) is scheduled to begin on October 1, 2025, leaving me with very limited time to obtain my eVisa, book tickets, and arrange accommodation.

I fully understand that document authenticity checks are necessary, but the prolonged delay without any progress update is jeopardizing my opportunity to join the program. If my application continues to remain stagnant, I will be unable to attend my course, causing me irreparable academic and financial loss.

Therefore, I urge EMGS to take immediate action to complete the authenticity verification process at the earliest and to prioritize my case given the imminent program start date. I kindly request your team to provide me with a clear timeline for the completion of this stage.

Your prompt support is crucial to prevent a situation where I am forced to miss my program start date despite fulfilling all requirements from my side.
