I have received a notification from EMGS Hub stating that my student pass will expire on 12 November 2025 and I need to submit the application for renewal.

Could you kindly confirm the last date of submission for the student pass renewal application? This will help me to prepare all the required documents and submit them within the deadline.

  Student Pass renewal applications can be submitted as early as 3 months before the expiry of the current pass. Kindly liaise with your institution directly for details regarding the submission of your documents to them.
