Dear Education Malaysia Global Services Team,

I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing regarding my application to UniKL. I understand from your previous communication that my CGPA was not clearly stated in the submitted academic documents.
Please be informed that my final course average is indicated on both of my submitted certificates as 14 (FOURTEEN) MARKS. The grading scale used in Mozambique is 0–20, and converting this score to the CGPA scale, it corresponds to 2.8/4.0.
