Dear EMGS Officer,
My wife is a student, and I have applied as her dependent. Application No : #########

My dependent record was created on 21 August 2025, but as of today, 10 September 2025, my EMGS status is still stuck at 20% and has not progressed further. Could you please clarify the reason?

Additionally, I would also like to know the step-by-step breakdown of the EMGS percentage stages for dependents, and what each stage means.
