Dear EMGS,
To renew you visa we need to renewed you Etiqa insurance which is their office established in each University. My question, Etiaq office at University Malaya still work or not? Because since last week try contact them but no response at all, also these no office anymore!
My second question, Can we renew our insurance in Etiaq takaful but in any other branches than UM office? It really important to know as soon as possible please.
