Hi EMGS, It’s been almost 3 months and I still haven’t received my refund. Your staff member, Rajaletchumie, mentioned the payment was sent to the wrong bank, but I had copied and pasted my correct account details. I was then asked to check with UBL, but they confirmed there is no pending or stuck payment. Please proceed with my refund as soon as possible.
